Chia Breakfast “Porridge”

Chia seeds soaked overnight turn into a delicious thick breakfast “porridge” that is mild, nutritious delicious. I love it becuase it’s easily customizable with all your favorite toppings!

Chia-Breakfast-Porridge

Serves 4

For the porridge

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • Raw honey or stevia to taste

For the toppings (choose some or all)

  • Bee pollen
  • pomegranate
  • blueberries
  • dried fruit
  • Shredded young coconut meat

Soak the porridge ingredients over night in the fridge (stir about an hour or so after soaking to avoid clumping). Sprinkle with topping ingredients and serve.
